Report comparing this year and last year's data

I am recreating a report that totals all of our members and their donations by synod group then by conference. I want to compare this information from this year and last year's data. I have my query working fine to give me the totals of each conference and synod however, I am having trouble figuring out how to add a subtotal at the end of each synod and then a grand total. I tried to post a sample but it doesn't space it correctly. Any help would be appreciated!

I use a 'report' table ...It is
    name, CurrentYr, PrevYr

(all this happens in a macro)
append all data in 1 date range ,(on form) to
    name, CurrentYr

then I append all data for the prev date range,(on form)
    name, PrevYr

then the actual report on this table sums all the columns.

I actually wanted to get a grand total for each synod at the end of the report in addition to subtotals at the end of each conference within the synod.

    Synod Associate Temp 2014 total: 10 2014 Receipts:$170 2015 totals: 4 2015 Receipts: $40

    Synod Metro Frederick Conference 2014 totals:10 2014 Receipts:$100 2015 totals: 4 2015 Receipts: $20
    Associate Conference 2014 totals: 6 2014 Receipts: $30 2015 totals: 2 2015 Receipts: $40

    Total Metro Synod: 2014: 16 $130 2015: 6 $60

    Grand Total 2015: 26 $300 2015: 10 $100

I figured it out, added footers with totals. Thanks for your time!
