    30 day registration for access

    Good Morning. I found this this little 30 day registration bit on one of the other post. I like it but it has a little glitch I am hoping some one can help me out with.

    When it register a new number it registers one to many digits. It gives 13 numbers but when inserting the number to register it will only accept 12 digits therefore say it is a invalided number.

    I have attached the file

    The registration value for this demo is 291 3879 7670
    I'm not sure what you are asking.

    You are correct. But when you generate a registration value, it generates a 13 digit number. And as you can see the registration value is only 11 digits. This means that the registration number generated is not accepted. Now there is another version but when it register a new number it registers one to many digits. It gives 13 numbers but when inserting the number to register it will only accept 12 digits therefore say it is a invalided number.

    I assume you are talking about the F_Generator form. Is that correct?

    If you run the F_Registration form and just hit the continue it will supply you with an 11 digit Product Code (xxx-xxx-xxx-xx).
    If you then put that code into the F_Generator form you will see your installation information.

    This demo creates its own Product Code with:
    ProductCode = Version & "-" & Mid(DateInstalled, 1, 3) & "-" & Mid(DateInstalled, 4, 3) & "-" & Mid(DateInstalled, 7, 2)
    It is that value that must be placed in the F_Generator form to reverse the process.
