I have a database for the personal of peoples which is organised to maintain the information in table. These table are as follows
Basic info like First name, Last name gender, spouse, childs,country state
Medical info like age, height, weight,any disease, etc
Cards like Driving, insurance, etc
Address like present, permanent, Home, Spouse address
Education like qualification. institute, marks , grade , etc
Job like organisation, employee number, etc
How i will enter all these records into one form through record set.
