Link Tables and Forms

I have created 3 tables (Documents, Contacts, Projects) in Datas (separate Database). these 3 tables are linked to another Database (Invoice). the problem I am encountering is that in the forms (Invoice), 1 entry is being recreated 3 times.



1. is this due to the linked tables.

can you please assist me in this problem.

it is not due to linked tables - provide your query sql it might provide a clue but is usually down to duplicate records
