Combobox Popup

I googled this issue but I didn't found a solution...

I want, when my access-file is opened, to show a popup window, with a combobox in it. The values in this box are in a table.

How do I make this, I cannot find it...

You would need to create a form with a combo box, and set it to open on startup.
