Create a form from 2 tables

I created the form from a query that display details from 2 tables, when i try to enter informations (like selecting media Number or Customer ID) it's "cannot add records; join key of table 'NameOfTable' not in recordset"

the rule is one form, one table

put one of the tables (or a query based on it) in a main form and then put the other in a subform and use the linkchild and linkmaster subform properties instead of the link in your query.
