    Yeah I had no idea how to do the combined stuff so was just trying to change the field to Rich Text.
    will look at what you have.

    It's all in posts #7 and #9
    And without combining those two fields there's no point in changing anything to rich text. Whole idea is to concatenate those two fields in query, so they won't overlap nor leave too big gaps on report. And to save text colouring ability we need to use html tags. And to use tags we need rich text format.

ID:	23957Yeah I am not sure how to do the combined field thing at all so I tried to get the Rich Text thing to work first. Been reading online and all the instructions make zero sense.

    Do it in record source query, not on report. Look at post #7 and #9 again and in db I uploaded.

    combinedBackground: [Background] & "<br><font color=""blue"">" & [Background_Internal]
    Similarly with other fields, but you got it as I can see on your tries on report. Then use those combined fields on report instead of two fields one below another. Not sure about layout, but I always remove it as it's more fuss than help usually.
