    Report won't open

My queries are built from ODBC linked read-only tables. Some data are not always present in the tables due to changing personnel parameters. My reports sometime look for the non-existent data and refuse to open. For example, if no individual has a specific type of training, my training report won't open since the report can't find the particular bound control. How can I make the report open anyway?

You need to add some error trapping such as the "No Data" event in your report.
