Expense database design help needed

Hi Community,
I am working on a database for about a week. This database is of a company which deals with creation of auto parts. Main needs of database are to record the date and project wise expenses which are (daily wages of labor, cost of machinery, and cost of material used materials are taken from different vendors).


And then i need to create a report which will show all expenses for a particular project date wise. I was stuck with the design of input screen then i some how sorted out the problem using subforms.
but i don't find the design appropriate because it doesn't let me make a report. Kindly guide how am i supposed to make this database.
Note there can be multiple date entries for a project and each date contains multiple expenses under each head.
I need your help as soon as possible kindly guide me with the design of database with which i could be able to make easy data entry forms and expense reports as well.

If you are then. The next step is pretty academic. I usually make mock reports in paint or excel, and then use these designs to then make reports.

There are sooo many ways to accomplish projects in access, more than one way to skin a cat.

What you didnt cover, will this be a multi user database? Orange has some great tips for that stuff.
