    Question Query Solution

I am having difficulty implementing a multiple aging report of stock inventory for a client. The first implementation of stock aging less than one year and greater than one is working very well. But second implementation that should cover (less than 3 months, 3 months to 6 months, 6 months to one year, 1 year to 2 years, 2 years to 3 years and greater than 3 years) all as a single report is not rendering as required. Your assistance is required. Thank you

Build 1 report , then make copies, so each date range is made. Queries too.
then make a master report, and put all the above rpts in it as sub-reports.

I actually built separate queries for each condition, then created a master query for all the queries. But the totals on the report do not tally with the total of the general stock summary. Mean while the totals of the report of less than and greater than one year is working very well while the multiple aging have different totals. Can there be a problem with my query?

could be. query all records, then summarize in excel.
then check each query to see if its pulling as predicted.

Thank you for your interest in this issue. I did that earlier. The totals Access gave is the same as the one Excel gave me which was still different from the total I had on the report that handles the total stock summary
