getting error message property value is too large

I am creating a new database and I am trying to create a drop down list inside my table. I used the wizard to link to the other table where I am pulling the drop down list from. When I get to the end it tells me I must save but then it does not allow me to because I get a message stating that the property value is to big. When I click on the help button it tells me the property value is greater than 2k but how do I fix this.

It's not a good practice to create drop-down lists at the table level. Try creating the drop-down list in the form.
