    Combo box

I am fairly new to Access 2002. I am helping another department build a form that has a combo box that I want to be populated with all of our staff names. I have a staff table all ready built on the network drive, but in a different folder. Is there a way to pull that data from my folder to their folder.

You need to look at the RowSource propert of your combobox. Select RowSourceType as table and Query and the Select the appropriate Table in the RowSource. Access Also gives you the option to create your own customized queries to populate your Combobox.

I would try this just off hand:

Open File on the menu bar >> Get External Data >> Link Tables
You will need to browse to the table on the network.
