Conditional Formatting in a Access Form

I have a field in my Access form that has multiple answers that can be selected (see attached screen shot). When one of those answers is selected by users of the form, I would like to have the field turn a specific color. Is there an expression I can write that would allow me to do that, even if other answers are selected as well?

That looks like a Multi-Valued Lookup field. Is it?

Yes, I believe it is. It's pulling from a table that was created.
