Post Statistical Query Question - Newbie

    Afternoon everyone,

I have a small customer database, which has two tables. The contact details table and a calls table. The calls table allows us to note all telephone calls with certain details.

I have almost all the reports we need up and running but one is eluding me at the moment. As stated in the title I am a complete newbie to this level of access manipulation so please bear with me. (Thanks for all the other questions that have been answered lol).

Okay so In the calls table we have a list item, which details the type of call received. ie Booking, Enquiry, Complaint & Other. What I would like to be able to do is generate a report where I can stipulate a date range, and generate a pure statistical report showing the totals of each type of call received. Currently I am reporting on the given period then counting the different call types.

Could anyone tell me how to easily achieve this type of query / report? Your help would be a lifesaver & a time saver :-)

    Thanks
    Mick
