I am designing a database for my work and I am needing a bit of help using one table to reflect onto another.

    I need this table

All the Fields which have 'required?' at the end of them to be connected with these tables

I am hoping to use a combobox with yes or no within the top table it will show up on all the table below.

SO for example if I was to add information into the top table and say a geotech was required this would automatically create a line in the ConstructionGeotech table.

Any help would be much appreciated

You need to first learn database design. You need to use primary keys and secondary keys, then connect the relationships.
