    #Name? Error in Form

I created a subform with DLookup formulas, which can be reviewed in my question posted in the following link.

    https://www.accessforums.net/access/...ria-57104.html

The subform by itself is working well but, when I add the subform to a main form, I am getting an error (used qty and used totals).

Can someone point me at possible causes?

I am not quite sure why you are getting the error. As long as the form named OrderForm is available, and it seems to be, there should be some sort of value displayed. Having said that, it looks like you are in datasheet view in your subform. So even if you get past the error thing, you may not get the results you expect.

Why not base your subform on a query and place your expressions in the query object?

The ContractNumber is in the subform. There is no need to reference the main form for this parameter.

    =DLookUp("[InvoicesQry]![Qty]","[InvoicesQry]"," [InvoicesQry]![ContractNumber] ='" & [ContractNumber] & "' And [InvoicesQry]![ItemNumber]) ='" & [ItemNumber] & "'")

Why does the ContractNumber in subform look like the OrderNumber on main form?
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
