    Form load speed

I have a database running across a network. It is split between front and back end

The tables load quickly but when a user open a form ot takes about 10 - 15 seconds to load.
Can anyone tell me what I can do to decrease the time it takes to open the form

Can you tell us more about the form? Is it only 1 form that exhibits this, or all?
Does this form try to load all records from a table?
Can you limit the data in the form? eg Select * from table where Date > #1/1/2015#
