    #Name? Error coming after field calculation

    Hi Team,
    I have a form containing two columns named strength and Capacity and i have a third column named Conversion RFation which will calculate the percentage for Capacity utilization and the formula i have put there is:
    [Strength]/[Capacity]*100
    but above formula showing #Name? error.Pls guide me how to resolve this error.

    Do you have "=" in front of the calculation? Also you may need parenthesis around ([Strength/Capacity])*100.
