    How to change a query into a parameter query


    I would like a parameter query, but I'm not sure how to do this.

    You didn't need to start a new thread on this, you could have just continued in the other thread I was helping you on.
    Did you take a look at the link I provided in the other post? http://www.gcflearnfree.org/access2013/20
    It really is quite simple and straightforward. Simply go to the Query Builder and under your ID field, enter the following on you Criteria line:
    Code:
    [Enter ID#]
    That is all you have to do to make it a parameter query.
