    Summing a column

I have tried various versions of expression but still get the same ?name in the field on the form. Im trying to sum the number of miles for each record from a column on a table that lists the milage. I am now using =sum([travel mileage])

That should work in the form footer, but make sure there's no control (textbox, etc) with the same name. Sometimes that will confuse the issue.
