This can be done quite simply with an Aggregate Query.
Simply start a new query and add all four fields to it.
Then quick on the Totals button in the Query Builder design mode (looks like a Sigma).
This will add a "Totals" row to the grid under each field in the Query Builder.
Go to the Clock_Number field, and change the "Totals" row value from "Group By" to "Count".
View your results.
What this does is group your records by the first three fields, and then counts how many records appear in each distinct grouping.
Aggregate queries are very useful, and you are sure to come across them in you use Access a lot. Note some of the other options, like "Sum", "Min", "Max", etc.
Thank You so much JoeM, was exactly what I was looking for.
