    email using word mail merge

I have 2013 professional at home and at work I have 2013 professional.
at home when I create an email with mail merge word opens up and the list of emails is there from access query, but at work word open up and it says the record source is ms access but none of the records show above where you can edit the recipients.
    Any Ideas?

You are using Word Merge under the External Data tab? I think if you select the query object from within the navigation pane just before starting the Wizard, it will use that query as the source for the connection in Word.

How about looking at the Word doc and making sure the Preview Results is selected? It is located under the Mailings tab within the Ribbon. You should be able to use the page navigation just to the right and select next, last, etc.
