I have form, used as a subform, which has conditional formatting defined for one field. The form is displayed in datasheet view.
The problem is that when the data is initially displayed, the conditional formatting is not applied - in order to see the conditional formatting, I have to scroll through all the records with the cursor in that field (just moving to the record isn't enough - it has to be that field).
Needless to say, that is not very useful when users need to see any potential problems with the data as soon as the form is opened; I can't expect them to be scrolling on a specific field all the time.
As I recall, this was not a problem prior to Access 2010 - earlier versions were OK.
Does anyone know of a way to apply the conditional formatting when the data is first displayed?
I tried me.repaint - no luck
The problem is still there if I open the subform by itself as a regular form.
Thanks
