    This is what I try to do from the immediate window

    "Don't want macro to have same name as VBA procedure."
    I understand, in principle. But I do not understand why Access Thinks that I have created a Macro!

    "Since there are no forms or reports, the only place to call from is another Modul1 procedure or the immediate window. Calling both subs from immediate window works just fine"


    Actually, I succeded once to call the second routine from the immediate window, but then I tried once more, there was the Macro window again, and I was locked inside it! This is the situation just Before I try to run the second routine:

    Sorry, cannot replicate issue with db as posted. Can only suggest build new db and see if the issue replicates.

    Same here - cannot replicate issue with db as posted.
