Can anybody tell me how do I edit the Company name and address that's getting printed in the Invoice in this template?
Also how do I edit the project ID to start with a higher number?
Thank you

You mean Your Company Name? Those are just label controls. Type whatever you want in the Caption property.
ProjectID is an autonumber field. Why does it matter what the number is?

So I have to type the company info on every label?
Numbers are RMA and should be in thousands.
Thank you
Yes, retype whatever you want to display in labels. If there are a lot, could use a 3rd party add-in to find and replace all instances of the text. I use Rick Fisher's Find and Replace - cost about $50. Saved my sanity more than once. There is a freebie called V-Tools that has good reviews.
Autonumber is not supposed to have meaning to users, just supposed to be a means to link related data. Autonumber is not guaranteed to be sequential, increasing, nor even positive (although I have never seen otherwise for increasing and positive - gaps in sequence are a reality). Your RMA is a custom unique identifier. If you must assure increasing, sequential and positive then you need to use code to generate the identifier. This is a common topic.

But Company name and address will not let you edit unless you enter Layout mode. Is that normal?
Can you suggest any other template that would work better for RMA log purpose?
Resetting the Project ID looks too complicated. I will stay with whatever it is. Random numbers are ok as long as they don't repeat.
Thank you.
Layout mode for editing is normal for web database and web objects. The version I downloaded was not web db.
What is RMA - risk management? I think has been topic of thread. I do not know any template. Did you search?
You can format the ID to display as thousands. Formatting does not change the data, just how it is displayed.

Any idea how to format the ID?
Thank you
Try:
In Format property: \100000
1 will display as 100001
