    MS Access 2003 hanging

Currently we are running on a P4 processer with 2gbs of RAM - Windows 2003 Server, office 2003 SP3 and Terminal Services. Running 3 dumb terminals off this box. The issue that we are running into is when we exit MS Access. MS Access processes continues to run (Task Manager). If we try to go back into Access, the system will not allow us to proceed. We are finally allowed to go back into Access after we go into Task Manager and kill the process. Does this issue sound familiar to anyone or can you think of a potential cause for this issue?

I'm seeking an answer to something very similar. I close my DB and sometimes, not always, it fails to remove the process in Task Manager. I will go in to Task Manager and kill the process and then it works fine.
