I seem to have too many column headings for the report

I have a database with a number of staff who complete training on a number of different skills (around 100) on different dates. I have a cross tab query that shows me the last time each member of staff did a particluar bit of training and then gives me the date when they are due. (Each training skill has a training interval) What I wanted was a report so show this cross tab query but then be able to use conditional formatting to colour the cells in depending on whether something is in date or not. The only problem is when I make the report it only goes as far as two pages and only has a handful of the skills showing.
Any ideas on how I can get them all on there??

    Thank you

a report (or form) is limited to 22 inches width so this does limit the number of columns that can be displayed, depending on content. - if each column is 1" wide the max number of columns is 22. Your only option is to have narrower columns or if practical to put column headings down the side and row headings across the top. Otherwise, rethink how you present the data given the width restriction.
