Add all line items to inventory

Northwind database. Once I am ready to add the Purchase order items to inventory, I have to click on the add to inventory checkbox. For 20-30 line items this is not very efficient.

Can someone suggest how best to tackle this issue. I know we can update the checkbox for all easily through vba do while loop or similar but how will that effect the underlying mechanism that runs the Inventory Transaction query to add the items.

Anyone have any ideas for this or know of a better way to tackle this.

I am not very familiar with the Northwind template. I don't know what this 'add to inventory' process is. Why is this needed? Review http://allenbrowne.com/AppInventory.html

add to inventory is when the items have come from the supplier each line item needs to be added to the inventory. For instance I have ordered from the supplier 10 line items but only 3 have come, i can just click those three to be in stock

Without knowing the db structure and coded processes, no idea 'how will that effect the underlying mechanism that runs the Inventory Transaction query to add the items' - might not affect it at all.

I know of it (looked at it briefly couple times), haven't used it so not very familiar with its details.

Certainly provide your file if you have modified the original or provide link to the Northwind you downloaded. I think there are actually several sample dbs called Northwind.

There is a size limit on attaching files.

2MB zip. Maybe attach two zip files.

I doubt I will be able to download a large file from Onedrive. I am blocked here and home internet too weak/slow.
