Windows 10, Access Runtime 2013 + Thunderbird not emailing with cmd.sendobject

I have a user with Windows 10, Access 2013 Runtime & Thunderbird as the default email program (confirmed).

The DoCmd.SendObject is not sending emails on any of the buttons I have and Thunderbird is not launching with the email. I tried this a week ago and this worked fine.

Not sure why it would stop working all of the sudden, any suggestions?

If it helps I have done a error handler on the command and I get error 2046...

Image below, I made it open the report first to see if that was a part of the issue and it made no difference. (I installed Access 2010 runtime to see if there was a difference)

Perhaps the default email program setting got messed up. What happens if you open the Windows Run box (Windows key + r) and enter "mailto:joe@acme.com" (without the quotes) and click OK. Does Thunderbird open up?

I wiped the pc and reinstalled everything - clean windows install and it all works now.
