    Using Reminders in Access

Hi All, there are probably similar posts and how to guides on here but need to be more specific. I have a database where I have a number of contacts/clients/customers, I want to be able to put a next contact date in a field on a form and for either 1. get a reminder in the access welcome screen when the date is approaching along with the name of contact/client/customer or export that date along with info to an outlook reminder. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Some event must take place. Such as when the db opens, a form is set to open by default. Code behind this form can automatically open a report with the data you want to see. Exporting to Outlook Calendar is possible. Search forum and web - it's been discussed.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
