Have Parameter Query Show Results in a Form/Report

I am working on creating a form that when you enter the parameter in a text box it will return values matching the value in the text box. Right now the query I have made only returns the values to a Table and I was curious how to make it show the matching data in a form or report so that it looks more user friendly.

You can make that query the source of a form or report.

A form or report has a record source property; set that to the query. Or use the wizard and it will ask you.
