Function utility

Dear Experts,

I do have a Database in which lot of Modules are there which contain again lot of functions. I doubt some functions are duplicates.


Is there a way to find which function is related to which Report, Query or Form, so that duplicates can be removed?

Not with any tools intrinsic to Access. This will require a third party add-in that allows a search of the database objects and code.

I use Rick Fisher's Find & Replace - cost about $50.

Other possibilities are VTools and MZTools.

You could write a routine to search the properties for each form control.

Where did this database come from? How come it is with you now?
What is your background re: systems, database, documentation.....?
