    List in a Report

In Access 2000, I have a report that prints on a pre-printed form, so all fields have to line up properly. I need to add a list of items to the report without changing the alignment of all the other fields on the report.

The list [Pallet numbers], can be anywhere between 1 and 22 items.

To compact the length of the list, Is there any way to split the list in two across the report to keep the length of the list to a minimum?

    Thanks for any help!

On the report Detail section Onformat event - Cancantenate pallet identifications (hidden on you report) into a single control, up to a specified length. Repeat as required in additional fields. On the report Detail section Onformat event, and then hide any of the constructed control not populated. Concantenated filed after the first one, should be 0 height and just touching any preceidng control and with each control CanGrow and CanShrink properties set to True.
