Cannot leave subform new record

Morning,

I have a subform but when it creates a new record i cannot leave this record.



when i then use the X to close the form it says "problem saving this form" but it has saved all the data.

Any ideas?

Would have to review data structure and form design. If you want to provide db for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post.
