Unhappy Not able to open database

    Hi,

When trying to open my database I am getting Error "Your MS Access database or project contains a missing or broken reference to the file 'nvwss.dll' version 1.0/ 'TaxonomoyControl.dll' version 1.0/ '11' version 1.0THNRProghelp.dll' version 1.0.

I made few changes on a different PC and on that PC I register few reference, now on different PC it is not getting open.
Further I tried to untick those missing references from tools>>reference but it is stuck on the same screen as I mentioned in first line(attached also)

    Please help!!!

    Regards

you should still be able to open the db holding the shift key down as it opens.
once in, you must goto VBE menu, tools, references , then uncheck the MISSING element.

If you are using something on a form that uses this, then it will now show as an empty box because the ref is gone.
Either load the ref back onto this PC, or remove it from the form.

The ideal thing to do is to make a reference to another Library from within the Visual Basic Editor's Reference window. If there is not one available, comment out the code or remove the object that is relying on the library.

can you get that DLL from another PC and put it in your system folder. It may let you open then.
