    Sort on a field in a report

    Below is a screen shot of my report.

    I would like to be able to click on one the fields then have the report sort on that field then redisplay the report with that sort.
    Hope that makes sense.

    Queries look bad and don't format the way Reports do. Was just wondering if there was a way.

    That should be possible with report in ReportView, not PrintPreview. Would need code in each textbox Click event. Example:

    Private Sub Zip_Click()
    Me.OrderBy = "Zip"
    Me.OrderByOn = True
    End Sub
    How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
