OPening Notepad from MS Access 2010?

In the Microsoft Access tutorial shown here:

It says the following:

Open Notepad and type the following:

<head>
<title> Personal Interests</title>

...

Now what I cannot understand is how to open Notepad from Microsoft Access 2010.

I just do not know how to do that. Please advise.

Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I don't think it wants you to. Just manually open Notepad and create and save file. The file will be used later in the lesson.

You could use the Shell function.
