Is there away to have an infinite number in a table

A bit confusing in the Title.

I have a table that has a min & max number however, some entries do not have a maximum its unlimited. is there any solution to show this other than having 9999999999999999999999999999999.

No. There is no representation for 'infinite'. There must be a value in the field if you want to use the min and max fields as criteria. I don't think 31 9's are necessary. Can a number field even accept that many digits?

you could leave the max field blank (null) to indicate no maximum - your formula would then be for example

    avalue between minvalue and nz(maxvalue,avalue)

Yes, can leave field Null and handle with Nz() function but as Ajax shows, still need to provide a value for the criteria.
