Default Database Setting

I have set the Open last used database when Access starts setting in the Access Options. I have been unable to just Open Access to view and change options since applying them. How can I stop this?

I have never set this. Now afraid to test.

What happens when holding down shift key while opening?

Nothing. It just goes along like I hadn't held it lol. But I do have the bypass turn off on the one I tried. I will try a different one.

Yes it was the bypass that was on the default database which was causing this issue. Holding shift on any non-bypassed database worked.
