    Post Splitting reports by record

    Hi there,
    Not sure if this is possible, but this is the situation;

    I have a report that contains the details of a large(5000+) number of people, one record per person, 2 pages per record.

    What I would like to do is develop a VBA/Macro that takes the 2 pages/1 record for one person and saves them in an attachment field on another table. So in effect, splitting the report into lots of single-record smaller ones and saving them in their respective records on a new table. This is for mailing purposes.
    Much appreciated.

    Would have to export the report to multi-page PDF then can embed the file into attachment field.

    But why do this just to mail a report? A report can be printed for each person.
    How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
