Export from Excel to Acess

I am a new user training myself. I am trying to import records from an Excel 2010 file to an Access 2010. I have been successful in the import but when I use the form I have created in Access, when I open the form it requires me to enter parameter values. These values are not existent in info that I imported. I can click through query questions (13) out of 62 fields in table.


I have checked both Excel and Access to see if these parameters have been set anywhere but can not find any setting. Everything else in form and table seems to be OK and working correctly except for this..........
What do I do to correct this?

Correct by finding the references and fixing or removing them.

Have you checked your form while in design view? Do you see any errors for any of the controls?
