Problem optimizing the space in a report

    Hi,

I created a report based on a query with three fields namely Area, Bedno and Surname. The records are grouped according to the Area. There are about 100 records which span across to 5pages. But is there is redundant space on the right side of the report page.
Is there a way to include fields to cover the whole page and utilize the space on the page? I have attached a copy of the report as well.

    Thank You.

With the report in design view, click on Columns on the Page Setup tab on the ribbon. Play around with the settings there.
