I'm trying to run a query on my database for I field that contains both numbers and letters. I think their


must be certain code to do this as everything I've tried gives me blank results but when I go to my table and look at the records I can see them. Any help is appreciated.

if a field contains numbers and letters it needs to be treated as text

e.g.

myfield ='abc'

or

myfield like '*123*'
