Question Can I change a group of checkbosed to a drop down list

I have a spreadsheet that has been downloaded from a website. On the website people have chosen from a group of 28 checkboxes their answer. I have imported this spreadsheet into access. I now need to be able to run a report that shows only the one they chose instead of listing all 28. I now know that we should have done the website form different but hindsight is 20/20/ Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you have 28 checkboxes does that mean you have 28 fields? If only 1 of the 28 fields can have a value for each record, then data structure is wrong. You cannot switch to a combobox unless you modify the table structure to a single field with 28 values to choose.
