    Combo Box

    Hi guys,

I have a question... What would be a query/code that would auto populate combo box (Customer - Building - Technician) base on textbox (Customer - Building - Building ID) and would also let me choose a Technician when New Record is created. If doesnt sound to clear, please refer to my DB attached. Newbie seeking for a help

    Many thanks

I don't understand what you're trying to do. I don't see any combo boxes like that on any of the forms.

Apologies for confusion... here is want i want to do:

SubForm Building has Building Number, Name, Techician, Contact and Contact Email. I can auto populate all of those fields based on Building Number, because they have relationships, however when i click New Customer i want to be able to select any Contact or Technician i want from the combo box.

    Do it make sence ?

    Many thanks

set the control source of the combo box to the corresponding field in the subform. If the subform is based off a query, youre better off using the query instead of the subform.
