Sorting Graphs?

I have two questions regarding sorting a graph possibilities:



1) Assume you have a bar chart:

Is it possible to sort a graph based on, say, "the most completed projects vs. the least completed projects?". That is, on the left side of the graph you have a person with the most completed projects and then following that, the least?

2) Assume you have a single 100% chart with a distribution of completed/non-completed projects as part of a total.

Can you set it so that completed shows up on the left and non-complete shows up on the right?

The data controls order. The X-axis is probably alphabetical by person name? Would have to calculate a ranking value (perhaps concatenated with person name) and use that for the X-axis. Ranking calc in query is not easy.

Right, by default it seems that the data is ordered alphabetically. To "sort a graph" based on changes in data seems fairly difficult and not worth the effort.

I think this is possible in Excel, but as we know they are two different beasts.
