Newbie Question

Is there a way to have a repeated code be made into a "data set" where VBA can reference it. What I am looking at is where I have several emails with the same Sig block (Text), plus where the main body is the same at least 2X on codes. I have a Start Form with command buttons to email, and I have the same command button on the specific report. The code for that button is in VBA on the form and the report. I am trying to lessen the amoutn of code.
