How to auto populate a form field

    Hi,
Just wondering if this can be done: You enter data in the first text box of a field on a continuous form, and all the remaining records are filled up with the same data.

    Can this be done?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Run an update query using the filled field as criteria.

    ...where [state] = forms!frmEntry!txtState
