Running access 2010 DB on a windows 8 machine that does not have Access on it.

I am developing an access DB for a client of mine that will need to run on a Windows 8 pc that only has Office Home and Business 2013 on it. (No Access) How do I save the db to a runtime package?

You don't. You download the free runtime version of Access from Microsoft and install it on the PC.
