    Email notifictions

    Good day,

I have a few date fields on one of my forms, I would like to know if its possible to have Access send me an email when the current date occurs within a month before one of those dates.

    Thanks

You can search the forum for the email code, but someone has to run a query to get the list of records in your date range. Then execute the email function.
Is this what you are wanting?

I agree with ranman but if you want to automate it more, if you can calculate your date range based on say the Date() you can leave access open and use a form timer event to run the query and send the emails - or the action can be triggered when a form (such as a navigation form) is opened
